Prefer the browser?

Open app.useformup.com and sign in to install FormUp.

Chrome or Edge

  1. Open app.useformup.com.
  2. Choose “Install FormUp on this Mac” in the sidebar or the install button in the address bar.
  3. Confirm Install to open FormUp in its own window.

Safari

  1. Use macOS Sonoma or later and open app.useformup.com in Safari.
  2. Choose File > Add to Dock.
  3. Name it FormUp and choose Add.
